In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Structuring, implementing, and monitoring HR processes for the client
- Interacting with a client undergoing international expansion
- Monitoring the implementation of HR processes and indicators
- Monitoring improvements in system development
- Validating development and dashboard deliveries
- Ensuring the execution of the action calendar
- Customer relationship management, assisting in the development of processes under supervision
- Conducting process training, validating development deliveries, and Digital Labs
Therefore, it's important to have:
- Completed higher education (Administration, HR, Psychology, and/or related fields)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proficiency in HR processes: Recruitment & Selection, Training, Climate Surveys, Culture, Performance Evaluations, and HR Indicators
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages
- Fluent written and verbal English
